Phase light microscopy live cell imaging of RQ/RQ monocytes as they fuse into OCLs. Individual images were obtained at 5-minute intervals for a period of 21 hours. Note extensive and continuous fusion between mature OCLs. Still images from this movie are presented in Figures 2C, 2D.
