Phase light microscopy live cell imaging of RQ/RQ monocytes as they fuse into a single OCL. Image is a montage of 3X3 fields and covers an area of 2 X 2 millimeters. Individual images were obtained at 5-minute intervals for a period of 21 hours. At the end of this movie, most of the field of view is covered by part of a single cell.
