Confocal sections of Metphase-1 spindles in control WT and Tg (PCNT-depleted) oocytes. Z-stacks were imaged at 0.5μm intervals with a 40x oil objective and 6x digital zoom. Oocytes collected from WT and Tg mice, respectively, were cultured for 8h to reach metaphase-I. Oocytes were double labeled with anti-TACC3 (green) and anti-PCNT (red). DAPI-labeled DNA is shown in blue.
