GFP-TubA interphase at septa in wild type. Strain SJW02 (alcA(p)::GFP::tubA) was cultured in 8 well u-slides at 28°C overnight. Arrows marked septum positions. Time-lapse interval was 5s in the 30-frames movie. The length of the movie was 6s and the speed 5fps. Scale bar, 2μm.
