Visualization of mitosis in WT. Strain: (alcA(p)::mRFP::H1,alcA(p)::GFP::tubA). Excitation laser wavelengths were 488 for GFP and 561 nm for mRFP. Fluorescence signals were detected using the Airy scan detector with SR (super resolution) mode (Weisshart, 2014 ZEISS Technology Note). Images were collected using the ZEN blue software (ZEISS).
