3D rotation of a contact between an MS5 and a JAM-C^low KG1 cell. MS5 cells were labeled with anti-JAM-B 829 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-rabbit antibodies (green). KG1 cells were labeled with non-blocking rat 19H36 anti-JAM-C and Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated anti-rat antibodies (magenta). KG1 cells were dropped on MS5 cells before proceeding to video acquisition. Emission light was split on two Evolve 512 EMCCD cameras. A z-stack was acquired by grabbing 100 frames with 100-ms exposure time every 200 nm and rendered with the ImageJ plugin 3D Viewer. Z-stack size is 82-μm length by 82-μm width by 25-μm depth.
