Two-color tip-FRAP of IFT140-sgFP and mSc-IFT54 After bleaching the flagellar tip using a flash with a focused laser beam IFT140-sfGFP and mSc-IFT54 simultaneously enter the bleached area and are both present in the resulting retrograde trains. The corresponding kymograms are shown at the bottom. The movie was recorded at 10fps and the timer displays seconds.
