MCF10AF1F2 cells that co-express flotillin 1-HA, flotillin 2-mCherry and AXL-GFP were imaged by spinning disk confocal microscopy (1 frame/1.3 s. Scale bar: 2.5 μm). Arrows indicate the site of co-accumulation of AXL and flotillin 2 and then the emerging endocytic vesicle.
