Another example of live-cell imaging of mCherry-KIF13B and Ap80-GFP. RPE1 cells co-expressing Ap80-GFP and mCherry-KIF13B were imaged using TIRF microscopy. No colocalization between Ap80-GFP and mCherry-KIF13B was detected except at the centrosome region. Scale bar 5 μm. 5 frames per second stream imaging with 20 ms exposure.
