EGFP-Stac-positive extracellular vesicles are present in the tracheal lumen. 3-D animation of the tracheal dorsal trunk of an embryo (stage 15) expressing EGFP-Stac (green) and Verm-mRFP (magenta; labeling the lumen) in tracheal cells. Rendering of the tracheal lumen was performed in Imaris using the Surfaces function.
