Confocal live-cell imaging of anti-CD166 antibody uptake in cells co-expressing endoA3-GFP and LifeAct-mCherry, related to Fig. 1D. HeLa cells transiently expressing endoA3-GFP and LifeAct-mCherry were incubated continuously at 37^°C with 5 μg ml⁻¹ anti-CD166-Atto647N, and observed by Airyscan confocal microscopy at 10 sec intervals for 5 min.
