Live cell imaging of SGs in U2OS cells stably expressing GFP-IGF2BP3 under treatment with VRB (50 μM) and cortisone (300 μM). Images were acquired every 3.5 minutes for 68 min. Cells treated with VRB and cortisone formed SGs.
