Time-lapse imaging of proliferating HeLa cells expressing DsRed-CRIPT^WT. Cells transfected with DsRed tagged CRIPT^WT were cultivated for 24 hours before performing on the microscopy and recorded for 24 hours with photographing every 15 min. The chromosome condense indicating the onset of mitosis was visible at around 4:00 and lasted for one hour, then the cell progressed into anaphase within half an hour. The period of cytokinesis lasted for one hour before the cell completed its separation. During the cytokinesis, CRIPT protein was visualized at the midzone.
