ZnUMBA of Cldn2-KO MDCK II cells. ZnUMBA is conducted using Cldn2-KO cells. FIRE Lookup Table (LUT) is applied to the FluoZin-3 channel. RITC-Dextran was added to the basal compartment to visualize the basolateral paracellular spaces. Time is indicated as min:sec. Note that transient localized increase and decreases of FluoZin-3 signal are observed.
