Association of Galectin3 with PCVs depends on Ply expression pattern. Time lapse imaging of SPN:Ply-High (S10 Movie) and SPN:Ply-Low (S11 Movie) SPN strains stained with DRAQ5 in mStrawberry-Gal3 expressing A549s. Live cell imaging was performed under Laser scanning confocal microscope starting at 30 min p.i. The videos showcase the kinetics of association of Gal3 with PCVs containing SPN:Ply-High (S10 Movie) and SPN:Ply-Low (S11 Movie). Total 37 and 30 z-stacks were collected for S10 and S11 movies, respectively, out of which MIP of stacks 10-27 (S10 movie) and 12-27 (S11 movie) were shown in the movies.
