Minute pore formation is detected by lysenin. Live fluorescence imaging of SPN:Ply-High (S8 Movie) and SPN:Ply-Low (S9 Movie) stained with DRAQ5 SPN strains in mCherry-Lysenin expressing A549s. Live cell imaging was performed under Laser scanning confocal microscope starting at 30 min p.i. Total 28 and 31 z-stacks were collected for S8 and S9 movies, respectively, out of which MIP of stacks 11-23 (S8 movie) and 8-20 (S9 movie) were shown in the movies. The videos showcase the kinetics of association of lysenin with PCVs containing SPN:Ply-High (S8 Movie) and SPN:Ply-Low (S9 Movie). Time interval, 5 min; scale bar, 5 μm.
