Control stage 9 egg chamber with wild-type border cell migration. (slbo-Gal4, UAS mCD8-GFP; UAS PLCō-PH-EGFP). Border cell cluster visible in the GFP channel and egg chamber visible in DIC. Cluster migrates posteriorly by extending protrusions. Images were captured at 3-minute intervals over 5-6 z-planes. Video exported at 3fps.
