Border cells expressing EcR-DN that detach but fail to migrate in a stage 10 egg chamber. (slbo-Gal4, UAS mCD8-GFP, UAS-EcR B1ΔC655-W650A). Border cell cluster visible in the GFP channel and egg chamber visible in DIC. Cluster is detached but does not migrate. Images were captured at 3-minute intervals over 5-6 z-planes. Video exported at 3fps.
