S100A11 translocates to disassembling FA after ionomycin stimulation. U2OS were cells co-transfected with GFP-S100A11 (green) and vinculin-mCherry (red) and imaged in Ca²⁺-free medium containing 3 μM ionomycin by TIRF microscopy at a rate of 1 frame every 5 s. 3 min after starting the image recording 2 mM Ca²⁺ was added.
