U2OS cells maintain normal cell morphology and FA organization in Ca²⁺-free medium for at least 60 min. Holographic tomography (left) and fluorescence (right) timelapse moves of U2OS transiently expressing Vinculin-GFP. Cells were imaged in Ca²⁺ medium at a frame rate of 1 image per minute. Size of the holographic images: 90 × 90 μm². Size of the fluorescence images: 150 × 150 μm².
