Movie showing EB1-GFP comets within the distal region of Augmin-RNAi neurons. Comets can be seen travelling both towards the soma (retrograde) and away from the soma (anterograde) in the secondary dendrite. Two terminal dendrites can be observed - an EB1-GFP comet travels within one terminal dendrite but no EB1-GFP comets travel in the other terminal dendrite. Movie plays at 10 fps.
