Representative single plane spinning disk microscopy time lapse showing comparable responses in DQ+ LYS and DQ- LE with LLOMe. Stable EmRab7WT NRK cells were loaded with 5μg/mL of DQ-BSA for 16 hours, then chased for 4 hours to lysosomes. Time lapse was captured for 10 minutes at 3 sec per frame. DMSO (left) or 1mM LLOMe (right) was added directly to stage at 1 minute, indicated by black frames. Scale bar = 10μm, frame rate = 20fps.
