Time-lapse imaging of Coilin-mRuby2 in HeLa cells. Images were acquired every 2 min for 2.5 hrs after exposure to actinomycin D. After 60 min of actinomycin D treatment Coilin rapidly disappears from Cajal bodies and accumulates in the PNC.
