Reconstruction of whole glomerular capillary system in adult mouse. This glomerular capillary system (GCS) is the same as shown in Fig. 3D, E, I. The GCS is formed between the afferent arteriole (AA) and efferent arteriole (EA). The reconstructed GCS clearly showed the network of superficial capillaries; however, the deep capillaries are hidden and difficult to observe.
