μCT scanning of sample block containing renal biopsy specimen from IgA nephropathy patient. This sample is human kidney tissue obtained from an IgA nephropathy patient. It was obtained by needle biopsy and is cylindrical in shape. The μCT image allows us to locate the glomeruli inside the sample, which are recognized as spherical spaces.
