Representative live-cell fluorescence time-lapse of a PtK₂ cell transfected with Kif5a-GFP-CIBN, FuRed-CIBN-Rab11a and CRY2-Cluster-mCerulean. Light stimulation resulted in clustering of Rab11a endosomes and redistribution of Rab11a from predominantly perinuclear regions to the cell periphery. Cell was imaged at 0.5s per frame.
