E-cadherin dynamics in live MDCK CTRL cells. CTRL cells expressing endogenous Ecadherin-mScarlet were subjected to FRAP microscopy. Pre-bleach frames were collected every 30 sec. Post-bleach acquisition was done in 3 different timeframes. The first 10 seconds were imaged every second (10 frames). The next 50 seconds were imaged every 5 seconds (10 frames), and the last 15 minutes were imaged every 30 seconds. Arrowheads show bleached regions (frame rate: 24 frames/second).
