YFP fluorescence signals in YFP-TTN5T30N seedlings in hypocotyls showed slowed down movement of dynamic vesicle-like structures. Time series of YFP fluorescent signals in dynamic vesicle-like structures of YFP-TTN5T30N Arabidopsis seedlings recorded via fluorescence confocal microscopy. Fluorescence signals were present in dynamic vesicle-like structures in the hypocotyls. Note, that mobility of fluorescence signal of YFP-TTN5T30N seedlings differed by a slower or aborted motion in half of the cells compared to YFP-TTN5 (Movie S4) and YFP-TTN5Q70L (Movie S6).
