Control or PPTC7 knockdown cells were seeded in a Nunc glass base 23 mm dishes and transfected with EGFR-eGFP. The cells were stained with plasma membrane lectin Concanavalin A (Magenta). The cells were imaged in a Zeiss ELYRA super-resolution microscope (63X, NA 1.46). Acquired raw images were subjected to SIM processing and videos were exported and edited.
