ERMES foci can be inherited. Cells were grown and imaged identically to Movie 2. The movie depicts an event where a Mdm12 focus moves from the mother cell to the daughter cell. The movie is a max projection of a full Z-stack. A merged image of all fluorescence channels is shown on top and the Mdm12-Halo channel is shown in grayscale below.
