Sea otter's behavioral strategy for paw and vibrissal texture discrimination in air and under water. Video footage of the sea otter interacting with stimulus combinations. For each experimental condition, two trials are shown at full-speed and ¼-speed. the sea otter chooses correctly each trial. These trials are representative of her tendencies to explore the right stimulus first and not compare stimuli before making a choice.
