Timelapse video of Mxyine limosa tail being pulled into gelatin during a burrowing bout. With active burrowing happening at the anterior of the hagfish, the posterior end is passively pulled through the substrate. This clip was used for the analysis shown in Fig. 6. Video is sped up 5x.
