Cilia driven epidermal flow is visualized using red microbeads over the period of 20 seconds. The first 20s shows the normal flow in UIC. The second 20s part shows the reduced flow in 10ng MO injected embryos. The last 20s part shows the rescue of the flow on the ccdc57 hmRNA rescued side.
