Time-lapse fluorescence movie visualizing cell ingression of control (green) and control (magenta) cells transplanted to the lateral germ ring margin at the 40% epiboly stage. Imaging was started at the 50% epiboly stage (lateral view). Cell membranes of host embryo were labelled by injection of memRFP mRNA. Time interval, 5 min 9 sec. Duration, 3 hours 21 min.
