Small region of an eye imaged from 45 to 55 h APF. Lifeact^GFP labels F-actin and was not expressed in most CCs. Live-imaging data are presented as 3-D perspective projections, with the depth-coding perspectives on the right. ARAFs become increasingly dense and ommatidial doming more pronounced through the course of this movie.
