Movie 1.

Xylazine treatment causes sedation in larval zebrafish. Following treatment with xylazine or an equal volume of water added to E3 (control), larvae were moved to 24-well plate with fresh E3 and imaged over the course of 5 minutes to quantify their movement, which is highlighted with the overlaid blue track. All imaging took place within 1-hour of xylazine treatment. Time in mm:ss, Scale bar = 0.5 cm.
