TG2 regulation of active RhoA intracellular localization. (Fig 5 upper MDC treated cell) MDA-MB-231 cell transfected with the rGBD-GFP RhoA probe showing localization at the cell edge. The main structures visible are membrane protrusions moving forward with time or inward membrane ruffling. The signal was recorded for 400 s, every 5 s, using confocal microscopy.
