Rab11 is present on secretory granule membranes during exocytosis. Live-cell time-lapse imaging of Rab11-EYFP (cyan) and mucins (red) shows that Rab11 stays associated with secretory granule membranes during exocytosis. Arrow points to a granule undergoing exocytosis. Movie shows a maximum intensity projection of nine optical slices acquired at a 0.31 μm step size and was not deconvolved. A total of 100 frames were captured, comprising ∼9 mins total time. Full genotype: Sgs3-DsRED/+; Rab11-EYFP/+.
