Full Z-stacking of expanded parasites undergoing division during an early stage as shown in Fig 7A. Images were acquired using a Zeiss LSM 900 with Airyscan processing. The movie was edited and processed in FIJI. The IMC is represented in magenta, LMF1 in yellow.
