Border cells expressing EcR-DN fail to detach and migrate in a stage 10 egg chamber. (slbo-Gal4, UAS mCD8-GFP, UAS-EcR B1ΔC655-W650A; UAS PLCō-PH-EGFP). Border cell cluster visible in the GFP channel and egg chamber visible in DIC. Cluster remains undetached and does not migrate. Some cell rearrangements visible. Images were captured at 3-minute intervals over 5-6 z-planes. Video exported at 3fps.
