YFP fluorescence signals are present in dynamic vesicle-like structures in YFP-TTN5^T30N seedlings in the root tip. Time series of YFP fluorescent signals in dynamic vesicle-like structures of YFP-TTN5^T30N Arabidopsis seedlings recorded via fluorescence confocal microscopy. Fluorescence signals were present in cells of the root tip but without clear mobility or vesicle-like structures as in the cotyledons, hypocotyls and root hair zone. Experiment was performed once.
