eGFP-POK2^2083-2771 binds to PA and CL GUVs. Time lapse imaging series of eGFP-POK2^2083-2771 binding to giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) made from varying ratios of phosphatidic acid (PA) and cardiolipin (CL). GUVs were unlabelled and visualised with HILO microscopy when illuminated by reflections off fluorescent contaminations in the red channel. Images were sample every 100 ms for 30 s. Movies correspond to images shown in Fig. 7B.
