High-resolution profile view of motile cilia from Dnai1^-/- mNPEC. Representative high-resolution video of a profile view of motile cilia from Dnai1^-/- murine nasopharyngeal epithelial cells scraped from cultures at a replay speed of 30 fr/s (0.1 x live) showing few active cilia with a lower CBF. Videos of scraped cells were taken by SAVA software on a Nikon Eclipse TE2000 inverted microscope with a 60X oil objective (NA = 1.4) with DIC-H optics and 2X post-objective magnification at 37^°C and 5% CO₂ with humidified air.
