GFP-Rap2a colocalizes with activated RhoA at the retracting lamellipodia ruffles. MDA-MB-231 cells expressing GFP-Rap2a (green, left panel) were transfected with a dTom-2xrGBD RhoA biosensor (magenta, middle panel). Cells were seeded on collagen coated plates and imaged with the 100x objective and 2.8x CSU-W1 T1 Super-Resolution spinning disk confocal SoRa mag changer disk using the 488 and 596 channels on a Nikon Ti2-E inverted microscope. Images were taken every 5 seconds for 5 minutes.
