Axonal transport of Rab4mRFP vesicles in the distal axons of Drosophila cholinergic neurons at 72, 80, and 90 hours AEL. Widefield time-lapse imaging was performed at 10fps, and the movies are played at 50fps. Duration of all the representative movies is 30sec.
