Effect of cell-specific knockdown of Class-III PI3K/Vps34 with and without acute insulin stimulation on the axonal transport of Rab4mRFP vesicles in the distal axons of Drosophila cholinergic neurons at 90 hours AEL. Widefield time-lapse imaging was performed at 10fps, and the movies are played at 50fps. The duration of all the representative movies is 30sec.
