Simultaneous dual-color time-lapse imaging performed using Spinning-disc confocal microscopy shows comigration of genetically-encoded PI(3)P biosensor (2xFYVEGFP) and Rab4mRFP in the distal axons of Drosophila cholinergic neurons. Data was collected at 8-9fps, and movies are played at 50fps. The duration of the representative movie is 20sec.
