Larval behavior before and after the presentation of a yeast paste (25%) and fermented yeast with and without gustatory intake. The video shows the behavior of a single larva during the entire local search paradigm exposed to yeast (left video), fermented yeast without (middle video) or with feeding possibility (right video). The videos were recorded with two frames per second and playback is sped up by a factor of ten.
