Complete moth trial in wind tunnel under red light conditions. This video shows a full behavioral trial (3 minutes) of Manduca sexta under red-light illumination in the wind tunnel setup. The moth is presented with a three-choice oviposition assay using single leaves of Nicotiana attenuata, Datura wrightii, and Proboscidea parviflora. Leaf positions are randomized for each trial. The video highlights the moth's selection behavior.
